Christmas Primestock Show.
Tuesday 1st December.
We are pleased to confirm that Defra have stated that Christmas Prime stock shows may go ahead as long as the following rules are adhered to.
Christmas Show & Sales of livestock – Christmas Shows & Sales can take place. However, judging must take place in the pennage area. The judge should be the only person inspecting the animals and entering each pen (vendors must not stand in, or around the pen of their animals at the time of judging) The wearing of Face Coverings and Social Distancing must be complied with throughout.
The LAA would encourage members only to hold Christmas Shows if they are confident that doing so does not pose any increased risk to their staff and/or customers.
Christmas Shows must not become a social gathering and should be limited to those exhibiting their animals and the judge (only 1 representative per business)
We are pleased to announce we will be holding a Prime stock show on Tuesday 1st December. This will be a smaller show than normal but we look forward to providing vendors a chance to show and sell some quality animals for the Christmas trade.
A big thankyou to all our sponsors in there support for the show this year.
Please Note this will be subject to rules and regulations changing, and all people following strict social distancing rules.
